Dear Tim,
Last week, we had badminton game in our school everyday. Though my class didn't attend the game, Melody and I still went there to watch the competitive contest. In fact, we didn't really understand the rules of the badminton contest... But when we were watching, we felt excited, too. We saw some of our previous classmates, such as, Tiffany, Nini, and Ericson. They were good at playing badminton, and helped their own classes very much. In April, we have to attend volleyball contest. Uh... in fact, I don't really expect for that, because our class can't play volleyball as good as basketball. But I hope we can do our best to enjoy it.
We are going to have big exam again. I want to have good grades this time, since I didn't do well in last semester. Therefore, I have to study harder than before. But I think it is a little bit difficult, because I am easy to think many things when I am studying. I hope I can refrain myself from being affected!
Sincerely,
Candy
Dear Candy,
ReplyDeleteIn other words, you hope that you don't let yourself get distracted so easily while you're trying to study. I have one suggestions. Say to your mother (or father) "Could you hold my phone for the next 2 hours while I'm studying?"
